## Brownie Caramel Swirl Mug Cake
– Yield: 1 serving

### Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
– 3 tablespoons almond or real milk
– 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
– ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate chips
– Caramel candy

### Directions:
Put the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in an 8-ounce microwave-safe mug. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Place caramel in the center and push into the middle of the brownie. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds. Do not overcook or the cake will be dry. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before eating.

### Ingredients:
– 1/2 banana, ripe, mashed

## Gluten-Free Lemon Mug Cake

### Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons almond flour
